On June 26, Thana police recovered a man’s throat-slit body from the Sadhapur area of Savar, Dhaka. After that, SI Mokhlesur Rahman was able to arrest the two accused involved in the murder, the victim’s wife and her estranged lover, within two hours. After the arrest, the evidence used during the murder was recovered and the accused were handed over to the court. The accused then gave a confessional statement to the court.
